When Kowalski invents a helmet that turns thoughts into actions, it’s only a matter of time before King Julien tries to get his hands on it. Once in control of the helmet, King Julien turns up the power to such a level that he can’t control it, and it’s up to the Penguins to find a way to stop it before chaos takes over the zoo.
