The Attending

The Attending is a medical management sim about running one night shift in an emergency department. You manage the board, assign patients to doctors, review cases, and sign the decisions that send people home or upstairs. Built around diagnosis, trust, and quick judgment, the game puts you in charge of a shifting stream of patients and dilemmas, with each procedurally generated shift playing out as a tense race to keep the department moving.
