Taisen Hot Gimmick is a famous strip mahjong style arcade game franchise developed by Psikyo, originally launched in 1997. The games mix classic mahjong gameplay with anime elements, where the player competes in matches against various opponents (including students, models and nurses). As the player wins rounds or uses up the opponent's chips, he unlocks visual rewards and themed animations.
