Dark Thoughts is a horror bullet heaven about fighting the literal dark thoughts inside your head. Pick one of 12 damaged heroes, each with an affliction that becomes their weapon and ability, and survive swarms of intrusive thoughts across nine domains of the mind, from apathy and grief to shame, fear and dystopia. Max out a weapon and its paired ability to evolve them into a god-like combo, face bosses like Cancer, Death and Inevitability, and apply the happiness you collect to your Mental Health between runs.
